Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for an E-commerce company, whose responsibilities are as follows;
Responsibility of achieving team target and Individuals target.
Can do whatever it takes to achieve team performance target.
Develop a team which is focused on results not excuses.
Get the job done attitude is mandatory.
Actively involved in process improvement.
Excellent experience of analyzing performance barriers and problem solving.
Excellent expertise in Monitoring and evaluating performance of each employee in a timely manner.
Highest Self-confidence level of leading multi culture employees.
Had managed the team of 30 employees.
Can supervise various work areas to ensure performance targets are achieved.
Excellent understanding and skills of MS excel reports.
Experienced in training, teaching and coaching to make all employees 100% target achievers.
Maintain accuracy and speed of all performance-based work areas.
Ensures all performance targets are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
Candidate will work 12 hours per day, 6 days a week.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
UAE experience in Warehouse Supervising is MANDATORY.
