Required Skills and Criteria: 

 
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills  

3 to 5 years of UAE experience of managing a team of 15 DSA’s in selling banking or financial products 

Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve targets.  

Team management experience in a sales-driven environment is a must 

University degree or relevant experience  

Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel etc 

Salary: 8,000 to 10,000 AED per month
