Required skills and Criteria:
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English language.
Must have good interpersonal and active listening skills.
3 to 5 years' experience of inbound and outbound calls in a banking environment is mandatory.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
Must have strong analytical skills with proficiency in MIS.
Should be willing to work in flexible shifts and weekends.
Salary: 5,500 UAE Dirhams
Willing to start immediately
Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business.
Proven track record in leading a customer services/contact center team with minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
Training programs: Quality Management and Customer Service are mandatory.
Special certification relevant to the industry will be an added advantage.
