> This position provides support, oversight and control each department through over the Sales, Operation and Service Department. 

> Working closely with Operations Manager to ensure the business is able to execute efficiently alongside record and report accurately, the service work undertaken with a focus on ensuring the Accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) is always current and up to date. 

> We are looking for a Senior Accountant in UAE. The function should be proactive, analyzing and recommending alternative action in every aspect and operates in line with the unit and corporate policies, guidelines and business plan. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

Handle full spectrum of financial and accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, BRS, Cash forecasting, Budgeting etc. 

Responsible for timely monthly closings and various monthly reports such as management reports, cash flow analysis, budget analysis etc. 

Responsible for year-end closing process. 

Dealing with auditors and finalization of Annual Financial Statements. 

Provide technical support and advice to management. 

Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures. 

Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting policies and procedures. 

Other duties as may be assigned by the OM. 

Payroll 

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications 

Minimum of 4 years’ experience gained within reputed companies. 

Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and principles, inclusive of finalization of financial statements. 

Experienced in financial reporting, internal control and financial analysis. 

Good working experience with accounting packages. 

Experience using advanced excel is a must. 

Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Attentive to details, highly organized, possesses can-do attitude. 

Must have knowledge on Tally ERP9 

Accounting: 4 years (Preferred) 

Nationality preferred Pakistani, Filipino, SriLankan, Nepali 

University degree in the field of finance and/or financial management 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

Experience in Cleaning Services + advantage 

UAE experience must be 2 years 

Salary: 3,500 AED to 4,000 AED per month
