Calling and receiving calls.
Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Preparing different kinds of RERA Forms.
File and update contact information of employees.
Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Refreshing properties in different portals.
Collecting viewing forms from the agent
Manage CRM system- Listing and leads,
Uploading properties in the CRM.
Excellent organizational skills to work independently.
Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate Industry as Admin Receptionist.
Computer Literate (MS Word, Ms Excel, Outlook)
Strong organization and scheduling skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Must be able to switch tasks quickly and accept that each day will likely have different requirements.
The ability to be a self-starter and manage duties of the job with little supervision.
Knowledgeable in CRM Portals.
Candidates must be organized, resourceful, fast learner and hardworking.
