The job role will start as a Tele calling Consultant. After 4 months of your job, depending on your performance and upon your confirmation, you will be absorbed into a customer facing managerial role within the organization.

Job Description: The responsibilities would be:
Inbound and Outbound calls to students and parents.
Educating parents about different seminars and courses.
Generating referrals from the students and parents and also do business development activities.
Convert given leads into prospective admissions.
Skill Sets: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for these positions are as follows:
Excellent written and spoken English
Pleasing personality
Highly Energetic, passionate and ambitious
Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
No prior relevant experience required. Complete training will be provided post joining
Salary: 3,500 AED to 5,000 AED, depending upon profile. Benefits: Bonus, performance incentives and annual salary appraisal. Health Insurance and Visa shall be provided on selection.
