Job Description:
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and other related software.
2. Candidate must have knowledge about how to write business letter.
3. Candidate must have knowledge about how to deal on telephone or on email with using of outlook.
4. Candidate must be photocopy and print other documents and sometime on behalf of other employees.
5. Candidate must store and manage paper work, and other documents and computer-based company information.
6. Candidate must be creating files and manage other office work.
7. Candidate manage diaries and arrange appointments.
8. Manage schedule and attend office mattings, shorthand may be required sometimes.
9. Book meeting room before meeting and manage conference facilities
10. Make a good relation with other departments staff.
