Looking for a Receptionist/ Secretary for a Real Estate company in Dubai. 
 
Job Description: 
Calling and receiving calls. 
Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel. 
Arranging appointments. 
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients. 
Preparing different kinds of RERA Forms. 
File and update contact information of employees. 
Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail. 
Manage Listing and leads, 
Calling the developers and landlords for their property available list. 
Administrative works. 
Refreshing properties in different portals. 
 
Requirements: 
Excellent organizational skills to work independently. 
Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate Industry as Admin Receptionist. 
Computer Literate ( MS Word, Ms Excel, Outlook) 
Strong organization and scheduling skills. 
Excellent communication skills (written and oral). 
Must be able to switch tasks quickly and accept that each day will likely have different requirements. 
The ability to be a self-starter and manages duties of the job with little supervision. 
Candidates must be organized, resourceful, fast learner and hardworking. 

Salary: 2,000 AED to 4,000 AED
