Job Description:
· Candidate must be self-motivated, trust worthy, friendly and well disciplined.
· Able to deal with clients and other employee’s complaints and give accurate information.
· Welcome to the customer when they are come in the office.
· Answer the all incoming calls.
· Insure the reception area is clean and all necessary things will be there.
· Receive, check and manage daily basis email and send to others.
· Also manage inventory stock.
· Update calendars and make schedules of meeting.
· Must have experience in the same or related field.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Also perform basic accounting tasks in the office.
· Strong knowledge of MS office and other related software.
