Duties and responsibilities 

-Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence 
-Typing, preparing invoices 
-Managing databases 
-Prioritizing workloads 
-Implementing new procedures and administrative systems 
-Liaising with relevant organizations and clients 
-Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks 
-Logging or processing bills or expenses 

*Must be proficient in Microsoft excel and Microsoft word. 

*Age Limit: 20 - 30 years old. 

*NationalityFilipino, Pakistani, Indian (FEMALE ONLY) 

*Visa Status: Visit Visa 

*Location: Al Rayyan Tower, Al Nahda Sharjah, Al Rayyan Tower near quick super market, office no. 1007(Just ask any security personnel where you can find "Fu Chun Trading") 

*Walk - in Interview: Saturday - Thursday (9:00 am - 12:00pm)
