Job Description: 

Applicant required for an office - personal assistant. 

Matured, Flexible and open minded as a personal assistant. 

Holding Visit/Tourist visa* 

*Should be smart & presentable 


*Have Good command on English Language 


Proficient in Knowledge of computers – MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) 

Work Description: 
- Maintaining the office clean, Filing documents, Maintaining Records & routine office work etc 
- Sending marketing emails & providing clients information according to their queries.* 

Should be proficient in usage of Social Media for promoting services (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram etc ) 

Telemarketing – Promoting services 

Outdoor Marketing– To receive and deliver documents/payments etc 

Entertaining clients 

Assist consultant in Meetings. 

Work timings: 8am - 7pm (1pm – 2pm lunch break) 

Work days: Saturday - Thursday (Friday Holiday) 

Net Salary only: Dhs.2500 - 3000 (to be decided after 3 days trial, if selected - No extra allowance)* 


Employment visa shall be provided – 2 year limited contract / 2 months leave every two years (1 month Paid leave) Air ticket allowance will be provided. 

Medical insurance provided (As per the law)
