Job Summary:
A female qualified principal for a nursery located in MBZ, Abu Dhabi.
Candidates should be:
- Bilingual, can communicate with both English and Arabic languages.
- Holding a bachelor degree in early education or cache level 5 diploma in leadership for health & social care.
- Have minimum of 3 years' experience as Nursery Principal.
- On Husband or Family Visa
Responsibilities and Duties
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that all necessary reports are being issued and appropriately written to submit to the head office.
To check and sign the daily observations by respective duty teachers.
To liaise with the teachers with regards to any unusual happenings or children’s behavior.
To assign or delegate duties to teachers should there be an absentee(s).
To ensure all teachers carry out their duties diligently.
To approve Teachers’ Daily / Weekly Lesson Plans – to guide and check the file on a weekly basis.
To closely monitor classes’ progress and that sufficient amount of work is given.
To keep tab on the syllabus being covered by the teachers.
Monthly Themes / Activities – to supervise and coordinate in the preparation and the implementation (especially with the class teacher and assembly teacher of the week).
Kids' books and classroom / area decoration (display boards/space) – to supervise on the updating of the said items.
To ensure that the Nursery areas are always in order and neatly arranged (teacher’s respective areas).
Teaching aids / Visual aids – to organize and coordinate in the preparation and development of appropriate materials or worksheets as necessary to up keep interesting teaching approaches.
Teacher-parent relationship – to liaise with parents on matters arising from the center and to instill confidence in parents.
To plan and implement Nursery activities.
Enrolment – to develop enrolment and to handle parents’ enquiries.
General administration – to assist in the control of cost and expenditure arising from the daily running of the center.
Teachers’ training – to assist in planning and conducting in-center teachers’ training program.
Salary: 6,000 AED - 8,000 AED plus Training, Bonus and other benefits.
