A well-established business group in Umm Al Quwain having operations internationally is seeking for a Logistics Officer for its newly established cement products factory in Umm Al Quwain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As the logistics officer you will manage and ensure
Coordination and tracking of shipments
Optimum level of stock in finished products as per requirement for the customers
Analysis of supply chain system
Health and safety regulations are met
Availability of raw materials and stores at the optimum
Coordination with the sales team to ensure dispatch of materials to the customers on time
Sales orders are invoiced on dispatch of goods
Generation and submission of stock reports to the management on time
Management of logistic team
The Candidate:
As logistics officer you will be:
Having minimum three years of mid-level experience in logistics management
Well versed in process flow in cement production units
Team player with effective managerial, administrative and communication skills
Possess post graduate degree business management
Computer literate with ability to handle MS Office, Internet applications and basic accounting software
