Job Description: 

We are looking for an Interior Designer to hire on urgent basis. 

Candidate must be: 

1 Able to develop and present design concepts. 
2 Proficient in MS office, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D & 2D, Illustrator, Lumion, Vray or other design programs. 
3 Must be able to create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, 3DS max and shop drawings. 
4 Knowledge about Dubai Municipality and Civil defense, DDA, DSO. 
5 Expertise in custom furniture, all installations, layout, color, lighting, and materials selection. 
6 Must be well verse in making BOQ's 
7 Conduct site visits & ensure the project is going as planned. 
8 Excellent communication, technical and analytical skills. 
9.Cancelled visa or Visit visa is preferable. Only UAE experienced candidates will be shortlisted. 

Qualifications: 

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 
Interior Design: Min 3 years' experience in UAE 
Location: Ras Al Khor Dubai - UAE
