Job Description:
Prepare and fill – in all the required documents needed for Tenancy Contracts, apply for visa’s online for CEO, and facilitate in providing other documents request by the management to fill in.
Intimate employees regarding new policies and procedures Set/Established by senior management
Maintain and keeping the track record of Trade licenses, and other legal documents required as per the UAE law.
Preparing and maintaining the record of benefits such as accommodation and transportation (keeping track employees’ accommodation contracts provided by the company reporting the increase in the rents to management and renewing accommodation contracts).
Keep the tracking of expiries of Passport, Visas, Emirates IDs and inform the staff and coordinate with PRO for timely renewal.
Posting of vacancies on job portals and prepare the job advertisements Jobs.
Preparing a quotation for sales department and sending via email and online portal.
Salary: 3,000 AED to 3,500 AED per month
Experience:
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
