Job Summary:
Oversee visa related matters (new applications, cancellation, medical).
Closely work & coordinate with PRO for labor compliance matters like monitoring OHC application, licenses and establishment cards (renewals, expiration, application) and gives instruction to PRO.
Handels and maintains all the free zone portals (DIFC, ADGM, TCOM, DAFZA, JAFZA etc.)
Preconclile all invoices related to PRO transactions and payments.
Update employee files in the HR system.
Provides support to office admin related work.
Supports in the end to end recruitment.
Has good knowledge with UAE labor law and different free zone areas.
Salary: 4,000 AED to 5,000 AED per month
