· Discuss plans of human resource with other department managers.
· Coordinate in training perform other recruitment activities.
· Develop a good relation between labor and discuss company rules with employees.
· Advice other department managers about polices and company plans.
· Check the rating of occupations.
· Mange company quality program.
· Must be background experience in HR or other HR programs.
· Should be people ordinated and result driven.
· Good knowledge of HR system and database.
· Ability to develop new strategies for company benefits.
· Good interpersonal skills,
· Depth knowledge of labor laws etc.
· Graduation or Master in HR or related fields.
