Job Description:
Process all external and internal calls either by redirecting calls or assisting the guests
Operate telephone switchboards and systems to advance and complete connections, including those for local, long distance, pay telephone, mobile, person-to-person, and emergency calls.
Have full knowledge of the hotel’s emergency procedures
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
