Job Description: 

Currently we are looking for Event Planner for our company in Ajman, UAE. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits 

Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts 

Organize all facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc 

Maintain email lists for internal and external communications. 

Provide support in social media monitoring process as needed. 

Assist in collating marketing materials as needed. 

Maintain files for graphic related projects. 

Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests. 

Perform other duties as assigned: 

Establishing new business approaching sponsors 

Identifying possible business opportunities and seeking for clients 

Perform office administrative duties as assigned 

Proven UAE experience as an event stylist and decorator 

Impressive portfolio of previously managed events 

Excellent time management and communication skills 

Excellent skills in Table set up, Stage and backdrop d cor 

Creative and innovative thinker. 

Self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker. 

Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills. 

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including PowerPoint, Photoshop, Word, Excel. 

Salary: 3,000 to 6,000 UAE Dirhams per month
