Job Description:
Interested qualified candidates come in for Walk in Interviews

Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: First round about of Dubai Outsource Zone, Arab Bank Building, 6th floor.
Roles and Responsibility:
Communicate with customers through calls / emails and assist them with their inquiries.
Redirect calls / emails to the concerned departments.
Register complains on the allocated system to get the concerned department to contact the customer.
Handling outbound calls.
Maintain the required quality of the process.
Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of call center experience in UAE
Proficient in Arabic language
