Job Description: 

We are looking for a young and energetic female call center agent 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Making outbound calls based on the database and answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails. 

  • Resolving customer complaints based on the priority and fixing appointments with the team. 

  • Creating Work Orders and place customer orders in the system 

  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors / respective teams 

  • Provide service information to customers. 

  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software 

  • Process orders, forms, and application 

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures 

  • Follow up the customer calls where necessary 

  • Complete call logs and reports 


Visa Status: Sponsorship on Husband/ Father 

Experience: 2 years as a call center agent 

Nationality: Any 

Gender: Female 

Joining: Immediately 

Skills: Handling High volume calls (Outbound & Inbound), Telephone Etiquette 

Languages: English (fluent) is must
