We are looking for a young and energetic female call center agent
Roles & Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls based on the database and answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
Resolving customer complaints based on the priority and fixing appointments with the team.
Creating Work Orders and place customer orders in the system
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors / respective teams
Provide service information to customers.
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Process orders, forms, and application
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Follow up the customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Visa Status: Sponsorship on Husband/ Father
Experience: 2 years as a call center agent
Skills: Handling High volume calls (Outbound & Inbound), Telephone Etiquette
Languages: English (fluent) is must
