· Ensuring efficient operations and profitability.

· Management Degree or relevant experience.
· 3 years Restaurant / Hotel Management experience.
· Very obsessive about his/her work.
· Excellent Arabic or English skills.
· Has excellent organizational skills, meets all deadlines.
· Excellent background in customer services.
· Food and Service knowledge.
· Good leadership skills, professional, team leader, motivator.
· Excellent MS Office Skills like word/excel/PowerPoint.
· Food and Beverage Operations experience.
· Inventory/Stock Management experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Be customer focused, positive attitude.
· Excellent writing skills.
· Food Safety knowledge, HACCP or equivalent qualification.
· Effective decision making and strong problem-solving skills.
· Salary: 2,500 AED - 5,000 AED
