Requirements:
Experience in Real Estate at least 1 Year
Experience as an office administrator, office assistant, secretarial or relevant role
Outstanding English communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with office management procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Knowledgeable of using CRM
Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
Provide administrative support to the team such as documentation, preparing contracts, assisting clients, coordinating with developers, assisting the sales director etc.
Must be organize and detailed oriented
Prepare the monthly sales report and weekly meeting presentations / proposal assistance
Submit daily report to the Sales Director
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
