Building cleaning company is looking for a responsible and highly experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include:
i. Providing support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities
ii. Handling administrative requests and queries from the managers
iii. Preparing and issuing LPO and follow up with suppliers
iv. Developing and maintaining a filing system
v. Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
vi. Handling visas procedures for the employees
i. Proven experience as an administrative assistant
ii. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
iii. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
iv. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
v. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
vi. Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
