Job Description: 

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business. 

Salary: 4,000 AED - 6,000 AED per month. 
Responsibilities: 
•Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary 
•Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances communicating financial results. 
•Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports 
•Managing all accounting operation based on accounting principals 
•Preparing budget and financial for costs 
•Prepare profit, balance sheet, lost statements, employee salary and over time etc. 
•Ensure that statements and records are comply with laws and regulations 
•Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payments 
•Inspect accounts book and accounting system to keep up to date 
•Improve business efficiency where money is concerned 
•Make best practices, recommendation to management 
•Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits 
•Provide auditing services for business and individuals 
Requirements: 
•Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures 
•Excellent accounting software user 
•Strong attention to detail and confidentiality 
•Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role 
•Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations 
•Hands-on experience with accounting software 
•Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets) 
•Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors 
•Good organizational and time-management abilities 
•Must hold a Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. 
•Excellent communication in English (Speaking and Writing) 
•Ready To start ASAP
