Job Summary:
Interior design company looking to below details including
Doing & ensuring all day to day accounts & finance procedures including the below:
• Process and manage Day to Day Accounting Transactions
• Maintain and post Journal Vouchers
• Includes Posting Reimbursement Bills
• Operation Department Bills
• Maintain Utility Bills Report As per Due Dates and Post Accruals
• Verification of Employee Time Sheets and booking Accruals
• Preparing Payment Vouchers
• Prepare Bank reconciliations
• Prepare Supplier Reconciliations
• Prepare Receivable Reconciliations
• Prepare Petty Cash Reconciliations
• Assist and Prepare Quarterly Closing of Accounts
• Prepare Payable and Receivable Ageing Reports
• Assist and process Bank Documents Processing
• Prepare Purchase Order and Purchase Invoices Status report
• Maintain Status Reports Instructed by Manager
• Assist Seniors with respect to All Transactional matters
• Seek all Necessary Approvals after Preparing Documents
• Maintain Document Files as Per SOP
